Chris Shugart: @CPerf: It's better to think about it as 1) spreading dosing out over the day, 2) taking 40-60 minutes before eating or peri-workout supps, 3) not overlapping doses (spread at least 4 hours apart.) Other than that, you're fine. It's pretty much impossible to "take on empty stomach" unless it's a morning dose of something.

Christian Thibaudeau: ... I couldn't get away with when used for combination training. So really, unless you plan on doing only rings, what I did would be of zero help and could actually hurt your progress.

Christian Thibaudeau: @ Lonnie.. about rings... I really can't. (1) I experimented for 3-4 months where I did nothing but rings. Many things that I experimented didn't work, some did, some led to problems. I also don't remember exactly what I did every day of those 3-4 months. (2) Because I only did rings it would not be applicable to combined training (rings + strength lifts + pump work) and because I did nothing but rings I had more leeway regarding what I did... in other words I could get away with mstakes...

Christian Thibaudeau: @ MytchBucanan.... 135lbs? Of dry muscle weight? No, probably not possible. The average man has about 40-50% of his body weight in the form of muscle mass... we often think only in terms of muscle and fat. So if someone is 200lbs with 10% body fat we normally assume that he has 20lbs of fat and 180lbs of muscle. In reality it's more like 20lbs of fat, 80lbs of muscle and 100lbs of bones, organs, fluids, etc.

Chris Shugart: @pradaboy: The gym chains are going to vary by location. I sometimes train at a 24 Hour Fitness that has an O-lift platform, battle ropes, plyo boxes, etc. A lot of times it depends on the owner. Just avoid Planet Fitness.

dave-g: Re: the pasta mentioned above - it is brown rice/quinoa/amaranth pasta made by Tru Roots and available at Costco in Canada. Great stuff. Cooks up much better than straight brown rice pasta.

dave-g: Weird...just posted my workout in my log and now my whole log has disappeared from the training lab.

dave-g: Appetite had been waning the last couple of days - back in full force now after the workout mentioned above. Just had another Mag 10 pulse and I'm about to rip into some dinner. Deciding between the pesto pasta with salmon and shrimp that I have left over from last night or some ground beef/avocado/tomatoes and salsa over rice with shredded cheese. Might have to do both.

dave-g: Put together a sweet workout for tonight based on some of the things CT has written about in the last few days. Details are in my log. I was feeling burnt out on what I had been doing and after this session tonight I feel great....and my shoulders feel jacked!

kickhos: @prada: 24hr fitness should suffice, check and see if they have a free 7 day pass or something of that sort...I'm traveling in Indiana all next week and bought a 30day trial membership @ Snap fitness for $9 that gets me access to any snap in the country for those 30 days...they may not have everything I need, but I'll find a way to make what they have work. Better than hotel gym!!

iDrDan: @ bwbski : I was so tired this morning when I woke up that I couldn't even remember if I took my Indigo. So looking back on it now, it may have been difficult for me to accurately evaluate how I felt or looked this morning haha.

bwbski: @idr I did the b4 bed pulse last night with new mag10 and felt great in the morning. Also felt and looked leaner upon waking.

Frizzle: @iDrDan i am still using the old formula of Mag10 and have been pulsing prior to bed for a few weeks. Started a week before it was mentioned in the spill. Some mornings i notice nothing other days i feel like i woke up with a pump. My muscles feel swollen.
